Shipping Policy
All orders are processed as quickly as possible; our goal is to ship as fast as possible to provide the best customer experience.
To offer the most competitive prices, we ship from separate warehouses located in the EU and China. All items sold by CARTYD are guaranteed to arrive within 30 business days (excluding remote areas). Delivery to most countries takes 5 to 10 business days.
Except for Hong Kong holidays (excluding out-of-stock and customized items), all orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days.
If your address is in a remote area, an additional remote area surcharge will apply. (Our customer service staff will contact you to offer partial reimbursement for shipping costs to remote areas (e.g., Puerto Rico, Alaska, etc.).)
In most cases, we cannot ship to military addresses such as APO/FPO, and commercial courier companies such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, and TNT also cannot ship to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.
For some EU countries, we may choose tax-free shipping channels. The declared shipping value will be lower than the actual value. Our responsibility for the goods ends once we confirm with the carrier that they have been delivered to your address.
If you sign for the goods but cannot find them, we will not be able to resend or refund them. Once delivery to your address is confirmed, you assume full responsibility for the shipment.
We are not responsible for goods that the carrier has repeatedly attempted delivery but failed to reach. It is the customer's responsibility to coordinate with the carrier to receive the goods at a convenient time and place. If the goods are returned to CARTYD due to undeliverable conditions, we will not provide a refund.
Buyers are responsible for cooperating with customs clearance. If customs requests information or additional taxes from the buyer, and the buyer fails to cooperate due to their own reasons, resulting in clearance failure, we will not be held liable.
Each buyer is responsible for paying customs duties, consumption taxes, etc. CARTYD is not responsible if customs or other relevant government departments require the buyer to pay taxes.
We recommend that you understand the local tax policies before placing an order. After the package arrives at customs, we will do our best to provide the necessary customs documents. However, please ensure that you can complete the customs clearance process. If customs clearance fails, resulting in the package being returned or destroyed, you will be responsible for any costs and losses incurred.
Due to the low efficiency of the Colombian and South African postal systems, delivery typically takes 60 days or longer.
If you wish to receive your package faster, we recommend contacting our customer support team to upgrade to a faster courier service, such as UPS or FedEx. Please note that this upgrade will incur an additional fee.
